Reducing the uncertainties associated with energy yield predictions is of huge importance in order to increase project bankability and ensure investor confidence. Reliable and demonstrable calibration of equipment is crucial, and a presentation on this topic, Lidar Calibration and Performance Consistency will be given by Dr Edward Burin des Roziers, ZephIR Senior Data Analyst, at the Wind Resource Assessment Forum in London, 19th March 2013.
This presentation will evaluate sources of uncertainty, and demonstrate lidar consistency based on extended data sets from the Pershore test site.
